I wonder if this is all normal, HWInfo reports something incorrectly or the machine does not behave as I would assume.
Stripped log:
- there is a PCI-E 16x 3.0 controller with ASPM disabled running at 2.5 GT/s instead of 8 GT/s. -> Is this normal?
- on this bus, there is a graphics device running at 2.5 GT/s -> makes sense if the controller is running at 2.5 GT/s
