Strange VR VOUT behavior with X570 Taichi & 3950X

Hi,
My X570 Taichi is having a strange behavior with ISL69138 VR VOUT(supposed to be the best reading of Vcore).
VR VOUT is consistently at 1,47V while my Vcore is at 1.072V.
If i put a manual voltage, those readings will be at the same value.
Is it normal?
Thanks to all!

Thank you for your response.
Yes, there are two instances.
The second one is always steady at 1,0... V, I think it doesn’t really change.VrVout ALL.PNG

The second VR instance seems to be the CPU SoC voltage.
What value does report the "CPU Core Voltage (SVI2 TFN)" ?

CPU Core Voltage range is from 1V to 1.5V.
Those pictures are taken in the same moment.

The first VRM should be the VDDCR (Vcore), but it doesn't act like that. For some reason it doesn't go down to idle level.
You should refer to "CPU Core Voltage (SVI2 TFN)" as the most accurate core voltage. This should be the direct value read from the VRM.

Could it be solved or it's something related to ASRock BIOS?
Also, I noticed that VR VOUT reading will be correct if it's stable around cores.
It seems VR VOUT report the last higher SVI2 TFN.
Thanks
