Stupid Question About Tooltips

I've noticed, under Win8.1, HWiNFO has tooltips for it's settings: How can I turn these on for my Win7 box? :huh:

Tooltips work on all operating system versions, I can see them on XP, 7, 8.1 and 10 as well. Just try to hold the mouse over the item a bit longer.

Please post a screenshot which item doesn't work. Is this not working for all items in settings or just some ?

None of them have any tooltips

I have tested on a few Windows 7 machines and I can see it on all. Do you get tooltips in other applications on your machine ?

I mean: SpeedFan does, at any rate; The icon tray does …
