System crashes and restart during program start

My computer crashes and reboots at checking PCI. I have tried changing the gpu wakeup and resetting preferences, and the crashes happened with .30, .32 and the currently available beta. Any suggestions?

Please try to enable the "Low-level PCI Access" option if that will help.
