System Freeze

Can someone help me my laptop keep freezing when i run the HWinfo sensors. It will start to load or scan the everything freezes can someone help me plz.

Does the attached Debug File capture the freeze? I don't see anything wrong there and HWiNFO has been terminated properly.

Im not sure but I think it freezes before it captures it and I can not do anything because of the whole system just freezing.

Please make sure that it freezes while running in Debug Mode, then reboot the system, grab the DBG file and attach it.
