The difference between the CPU temps peak value and the average value (current value)

I have a laptop with the intel core i7 13700hx, it averages 70 degree CPU temp while playing , but the maximum temp is 97 degree, i believe it is a spike that dissipates almost immediately, but is that a concerning thing that i should worry about?

Such short spikes are normal on laptops and considered "by design".
