There seems to be a problem with HWINFO64 Beta v7.65-5245

There is a serious problem with version Beta v7.65-5245.

Two problems appeared after updating HWINFO64 Beta v7.65-5245

1. A symptom where the USB keyboard suddenly stops working and the USB must be reconnected.

2. The Windows 11 OS became very slow and stuttered.

Alt+Tab window switching was almost impossible, so I ended up having to force quit by pressing the power button.

The above situation occurred randomly, problem 1 occurred only once, and problem 2 occurred a total of 2 times.

Since those two symptoms only occur when playing games, it seems that they appear when the graphics card usage increases.

For reference, the above symptom appeared within half a day after updating HWINFO64 Beta v7.65-5245, and there was no problem at all in v7.64.

I am currently using version v7.64 and the above symptoms do not appear at all.

OS : Windows11 22621.2428

CPU : 13600K

VGA : Nvidia Geforce 4080

Hm, this is a very strange problem. Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File with sensor data so I can see more details.

I am currently using version v7.64. I wonder if it is okay to attach the debug file for this version or if I need to install the beta version of v7.65 and attach the debug file.

Hmm, I don't see anything suspicious going on, not even any difference..
Are you sure this is didn't happen with 7.64 and it's caused by 7.65? Could it be perhaps some Windows Update that was installed meanwhile?
Also, are you running some other monitoring tools along with HWiNFO? If yes, try to close them.
Another thing to try would be to disable monitoring of some sensors (e.g. the Renesas or DDR5 DIMM) to see if it's caused by them.

It seems certain that it occurred at 7.65.
I tested the game for 4-5 hours today, but there were no problems at all in 7.64.
For reference, version 7.64 was automatically updated to Pro as soon as it was updated on October 11th, and there were no problems at all until the 21st, the day the problem occurred.
As for Windows Update, the last latest update was KB5031354, which was updated on October 11th and there were no problems.
Other monitoring programs use MSI AfterBuner, but The problem did not occur in 7.64.
There were no Windows updates or other updates on the day the problem occurred.
There was nothing at all, only HWINFO64 v7.65 was updated, so I lowered the version and the problem was resolved.
At first, I thought there was a problem with the graphics card and ran 3DMARK or other graphics-related test programs, but the problem did not appear.
The symptom of slowness and stuttering while playing a game is that not only the game but the entire Windows slows down, so you can't end the task and the only way is to turn off the power, so I think if there's something changed in 7.65, it might be causing the conflict.

I am not using the MSI Core Center program.
Monitoring programs use only HWINFO and MSI Afterburner, and MSI-related programs only use MSI Afterburner.

Even in version 7.64, symptoms appeared after 5 days.
After testing everything from hardware to software one by one, it was confirmed that it was a conflict between Discord and NVIDIA version 545.84.
Discord notices were posted late, and the symptoms appeared quite randomly, so it took time to identify the problem.
I am using NVIDIA version 537.58 and have been using HWINFO 7.65 beta version for 6 days and no problem appears.
