Hey I have a problem with purchasing the pro liscense. The transaction went through nicely with unionpay online, but failed to redirect back to the hwinfo website, showing access denied. Now I have no email confirmation or anything to continue. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

According to the payment processor (Verifone/2Checkout) your order wasn't finished. Are you sure the transaction was finished and you were charged?
