HWinfo is reporting that my 9800X3D has "TSC_Thread_Offset" present. I can't find much information about it online. Does anyone know what it is and its function. Thanks

is it possible that this feature can impact performance in certain games? I'm experiencing some frame drops in only Dark Souls 3 with my 9800X3D. Previously, my 7800X3D didn't get these frame drops. I ran HWinfo to get a report on both chips and found that 9800X3D has "TSC_Thread_Offset". The 7800X3D doesn't have it on the same system.

-9800X3D
-4080 Super Gigabyte Gaming OC
-ASUS TUF Gaming B650E
-Corsair 32gb DDR5 6000mhz 30CL
-Samsung 990 EVO PRO M.2 w Heatsink 2TB

Quite unlikely that this would have such an impact. If there's a BIOS option to disable this, you can try it.
