USB-C port not showing up

Hello,
I just installed the non-commercial version on my W10 laptop and have been exploring the many features.
I'm puzzled as to why my USB-c (Thunderbolt) port is not showing up under Ports/USB. The 3x3.1 ports all show up, including the one with nothing plugged into it, but the USB-c Thunderbolt is not listed.
Device Manager does show all the USB information:

HWInfo64 is not showing it. (Unless I'm missing seeing it somehow):

I'm wondering if there is a setting that I have to tweak to get HWInfo64 to recognize that USB-C port. I'm reporting it as a bug due to Device Manager showing it but not this program.

Hopefully someone can let me know if I've just got something messed up.

Thanks in advance!

Which of those devices in Device Manager is the respective controller, the "NVIDIA USB Type-C Port Policy Controller"?
Try to switch the view in Device Manager to "Devices by connection" and then make a screenshot of that controller and what's beneath it.

HWiNFO enumerates all USB Host Controllers and this one doesn't seem to have such interface. I don't even see a Root Hub beneath it.
Is there anything connected?
