Very high Temperature 4

What is Temperature 4? If it's right value then it's in need of some serious cooling!

But I believe it's a bug...but who knows...

That might be an invalid readout. Watch the value of this temperature under different conditions - it's it remains constant, or show erratic values, then it's not valid.
It's not possible for me to know this for sure, because only the mainboard vendor knows exactly if this input is providing a real temperature and there's no other way to determine this.
