video encoder usage V6.40-4330 Radeon 20.11.3

has video encoder usage been removed from the program? it seems to have disappeared either since the last hw info build or Radeon software update.

the only way i can seem to monitor encoder usage now is in task manager under "video codec 0"
 
There was no such change in HWiNFO, so it must have been either a new driver or OS update.
