Vram temp show XC

I have OSD in afterburner, then I input the vram temp data from Hwinfo, but the OSD show XC instead of °C

Are you using the HWiNFO plugin in MSI AB to pull data from HWiNFO or did you configure HWiNFO to show data in RTSS?
You might try to change in Regional settings the following setting if that will help:
