What is Temp4?

What does the highlighted word "Temp4" means? Its the only thing that shows a high temperature reading above else and i'm worried about it. Please help!

I'm sorry, but only DELL knows this for sure. It might be the Voltage Regulator which usually runs at higher temperatures.
I have tried to inquire more information about sensor designations from DELL in the past, but they consider this information too secret...

Temp4 temperature always shows 60c to 70c and i am really worried. Is it really the normal temperature of the voltage regulator?

and more thing, how to permanently set the fan speed, i always set it to manual..thanks sir martin !
