which vcore sensor should i trust? z390 aorus pro

I'm in the process of overclocking my i7-9700k 1.3v on bios and I need to know which vcore output i should trust.. mobo is z390 aorus pro with LLC on turbo.
I'm told VR VOUT is the most accurate! I need to confirmation on this...
here is a picture of my hwinfo output in which I highlighted 3 "suspects"

while i'm at it... are these "0 to 7 core temps" the most accurate sensors for temperature?

Those are temperatures of each core, CPU Package is the average among all sensors in CPU.

so should i trust those sensors? if the first vcores were misleading... these can also be wrong too! Just making sure..
