Hello, i realize i have this errors, and i had to format my entire pc, SSD AND HDD, i deleted everything, because my pc wasn't booting and i had blue screen, so i started to play with my pc when i deleted everything on it , and i realized i had this errors again, and please, i need that somebody explains me how to fix them, its so annoying, please, i need help.

Hi,

First you need to state detail specs of the system (hardware) and operating system. And also when these errors first start to appear. Did you do any changes in hardware or software lately? Maybe overclocking anything? How long do you have it? Any crashes, BSOD's of the system or hang-ups?
No one can tell you anything ("out of the blue") without any additional info from you.
 
Yeah, sorry, i have r2600 rx570 16ram 2x8 2666mhzm, no, i haven't made any changes, (i am in the lastest version of windows *2004*) The only overclock i have is on the gpu, and i have it since months, so i dont think that's the problem, no, i dont have crashes, but look, when i start a game, i dont have errors, but when i have like 1 minute playing it, my screen freezes and then i got that error in hwinfo like since 2 days ago, i've already formatted my pc, my entire pc, SSD and HDD but i still got this, and when i was playing Just Cause 4 i got some audio bugs, for example, there's a loop of audio of 1sec of something i did, lets say i shot a gun, and when i did that i got the error, so, the sound of the gun shooting will be in loop until i mute game
 
IIRC such errors are logged in Windows Event Log. You should take a look at Windows Event Viewer - with luck there's more info on these errors. Furthermore, remove any overclock until this issue is resolved since overclocks can cause such errors as Zach already pointed out. Faulty RAM is another possibility.

Yes, first thing to do is to turn GPU/VRAM back to stock and observe. If you having freezes in games then this indicates some GPU related issue.
Do you have a sensor for errors reading under GPU section in HWiNFO? If you have it will be the last one in that section. I had a RX580 and I did see an error report in GPU section. Was gaving errors after excessive VRAM OC.
 
I know about that gpu memory errors, and no, i dont have anyone, i've spent hours trying to get perfect overclock without those errors, and yes, i looked to my windows event viewer, and the only thing i got was some errors with the name ''Information'' with the event ID 20.
 
I dont know if this somehow helps, but this is what i have in cpu-z about ram, i am supposed to have it at dual channel, but its says rank=single in both of the sticks, do u have any idea why?1601761574978.png
 
You need to look in: Application and Service Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Kernel-WHEA -> Errors

This is how i have my ram configuration btw, i know it has 2 different sticks, but the store sended me like that, and they both work with XMP and Dual Channel at the same mhz (2667) but i just realized it has that rank single in both of them

...and single Rank means that your sticks are populated only 1 side with RAM chips. You should look the "memory" tab for single or dual channel. Though I believe its on dual channel the way the sticks are installed.
 
Can you post a HWiNFO Debug File capturing the moment when the WHEA error appears?
I'm not sure about this kind of events as they appear under the WHEA Errors, but are classified as Information only...
 
Bro, i just got something new, now the games doesn't load, the speed of the hard drive is so low, it doesnt even get 1mb/s but it does reach 100% usage
