Wrong CPU frequency

I had no problem in win10, but in win11 I have a problem with the CPU frequency display.
The base clock is 100mhz, but it shows 274.2mhz.
The Task Manager shows the correct clock.
This problem can be solved by turning off the CPU virtualization technology.

v7.12 adds a workaround for this issue, but the BCLK cannot be reliably measured unless Microsoft unblocks certain registers in VM.
