wrong GDDR6X GPU Memory clock frequency

Martin, All,

GPU Memory Clock on nVidia 4xxx DDR6X (16 bits / bus clock) devices is 2x of what it should be. GPU-z has the correct value but HWinfo has 2x the value. Seems like HWinfo is getting confused with GDDR6X (16 bits/bus clock) vs GDDR6 (8 bits/bus clock)
