Zotac Magnus One CPU and CHA1 Fans Missing

Hello experts,

I am using a mini PC from Zotac (model ECM73070C, details below) but unfortunately I could not get the fan readings both from CPU and chassis while it is working fine for GPU fans, they do not appear at all! However, BIOS reads those values well. Apart from HWiNFO, I have tried many other applications with no success. I tried playing around with BIOS, changing S states and so on with no luck. Debug file attached.

Any hints appreciated!

This system is using a proprietary fan control solution (Embedded Controller) similar to notebooks.
The manufacturer doesn't provide further information how to access the fan controller here, so currently we're unable to support it.
