HWinfo reads my GPU Temps as 0 deg C at certain intervals (rtx3050 6gb)

I recently noticed that my laptop's GPU (RTX3050 6GB) on my new Lenovo LOQ is being read as 0 degs C at certain intervals and reads correctly otherwise.
I have become paranoid since i had just accidentally left it on Suspend on while on Ubuntu (dual booted) in my bag and let it horribly heat up. I immediately booted it into windows and started my fans on full sleed manually to let it cool.
While checking for any errors in hwinfo(as i said i got paranoid) i noticed the above-mentioned situation.

Is this a bug? .. is there something that went wrong with my laptop..shld i be concerned??
 
If the laptop has dual graphics (the RTX3050 being the secondary) then this happens when the primary graphics is active and secondary disabled to save power.
