Okay so there is the effective clock and the instant (discrete) clock. What would the Core Effective Clocks be considered?

Ok core effective clocks. I am trying to use the sensor to get my cpu clock speed. So would this be the correct sensor or is there somthing else that I should use?

Ok I just reset my preferences for HWiNFO and closed it out. I restarted my computer and opened HWiNFO and I still don't see an cpu effective clock sensor anywhere. I attached my new debug file of HWiNFO with the prefercnes reset to this post. The website finally let me attach my file lol.
