Water Temperature Sensor and Monitoring Software

Thanks for replying. The temperature sensor has a 2-pin connector that plugs to the thermal sensor header on my Strix z790 mainboard. So assuming the sensor is operational, this should for sure appear on HWinfo?

Water Temperature Sensor and Monitoring Software

Hi Guys, I am planning to get a water temperature sensor for my first water cooled build. Either Alphacool Eiszapfen temperature sensor G1/4 IG/IG mit AG Adapter - deep black...

    Ram Temps on HWinfo

Hi guys, I want to check ram temperatures. On HWinfo, under DDR5 DIMM, there is something called SPD Hub Temperature. It says this is usually the temperature for the memory module PCB. I think its an indirect measurement but still pretty close and reliable? Is this what i should look at for...

VRM Temperature is Average or Hottest Value

Ah. So what is it then? Middle value, average?

VRM Temperature is Average or Hottest Value

it shows GPU VRM Temperature. It says this is an auxillary GPU sensor. So what does current temperature represent? I will be installing a new waterblock, passive backplate and thermal pads. Therefore I want to see the new cooler VRM temperatures I am new to this.

VRM Temperature is Average or Hottest Value

Amongst all of them i guess. There are VRMS infront and behind the PCB. I believe the current value displayed represents all the VRMs I have a Strix 4090. Does current temperature display highest value amongst all VRMs? or average?

VRM Temperature is Average or Hottest Value

Hi Guys, On HWinfo, Reported Current VRM temperatures is the Highest Value temperature amongs all VRMs or the Average temperature amongst all VRMs? Thanks Much!

    GPU Memory Temperature

Hey Guys, To examine GPU Memory Temperature in HWinfo, I should look under GPU Memory Junction Temperature? Thanks!

    GPU VRM Temps

and for that I look at Memory Junction Temperature? perhaps that complicates things. actually I think i need to monitor temps after a fresh re-pad and re-paste, just to see things are running properly.

    GPU VRM Temps

I am new to building computers, thanks for responding. So the GPU Parts under the Thermal Pads are called VRM, which stands for Voltage Regulator Module? and again, To check GPU VRM Temperatures (temperature of parts under the thermal pads) in HWiNFO monitoring software, I should look at GPU...

    GPU VRM Temps

Hi guys, In HWinfo, if I want to examine temperature of GPU parts under the Thermal Pads, I should check GPU VRM Temps right? Many Thanks!
