ok. I managed to get it to start on startup with task scheduler. Run when user is logged on, run with highest privileges and configure for windows 10. Then under power uncheck the first 2 boxes. Now it loads when plugged in and unplugged. But now i have to manually turn on Framerate (rtss)...

That doesn't work either. does it matter if its the portable one or the installed one?

no it does not. I even tried it with the portable version and setup a new task and tried to run it and it wont. The only way to run it is if i start it by double clicking the desktop shortcut icon.

Its a personal pc. its whatever the stock account is. I can manually start it but no matter what i try, it wont run on startup.
