I did not start HWiNFO after the crash, I did this: - I saw it freeze - closed HWiNFO - got the debug file (and report) So there is no useful information in the debug and report file? If so am I doing something wrong? Can you be specific what I should do/change? If not, what else can be done...

Weirdly right after this I tried to start HWiNFO again and this time it froze my PC while starting up so I had to power off/on my PC (I only unchecked "Sensors only" at the initial dialog). Debug is attached.

Hm interesting, I think after the crash, I restarted my PC and started HWiNFO again, so this possibly has something to do with it. Next time I will get the debug file before starting it again. Does it overwrite the debug file every time it starts? Yes, all runs are with the "SW SMI" disabled.
