Another PC, with motherboard HSB-965P and four serial ports COM1 to COM4 (all RS232C), Windows 7 SP1, the HWinfo32 shows the same problem as above - no COM port detected. Beside it, on the computer is dual CAN bus port and GPIB port. Also no detected by HWinfo32.

COM and LPT port not found on National Instruments PXI-8105 computer with MS Windows 7 ... Both ports exists and are working. Also GPIB port not found ...
