COM and LPT ports not found

COM and LPT port not found on National Instruments PXI-8105 computer with MS Windows 7 ...
Both ports exists and are working. Also GPIB port not found ...

Another PC, with motherboard HSB-965P and four serial ports COM1 to COM4 (all RS232C), Windows 7 SP1, the HWinfo32 shows the same problem as above - no COM port detected.
Beside it, on the computer is dual CAN bus port and GPIB port. Also no detected by HWinfo32.

Please attach HWiNFO Debug Files of those machines and I will check that.

This build might fix COM port reporting: http://www.hwinfo.com/beta/hwi64_603_3705.zip
but LPT probably won't work. I will need Debug Files to check that.
