Martin, I disabled Microsoft Virtual Drive Enumerator and the issue goes away. Hopefully my system is just an edge case but if someone else has the same issue hopefully they can use this thread for assistance.

Yes on the headers, I've been trying all the different settings to see if anything. I've even been loading it Summary-Only now and I've screen recorded when the DPC starts to jump up. They jump either right after Analyzing SMBIOS DMI or right as Detecting SuperIO/LPC starts.

I disabled all Logging and Monitoring for ever item (everything was greyed out) and it still did it. It started to do the high amounts of DPC Counts once it starts to load the driver and detecting the sensors. I'm running a Asus Prime Z790-P Wifi and a 14700KF if that helps out.
