My laptop is new i tried to run cinebench r23 single core it ran for 10 mins and some more then showerd core thermal throttling yes and package/rung thermal throttling but temp never crossed 85. Plus i restarted the laptop again did it on same setting and now it didn't throttle why?? And one...
