    VR Vout at 5 Volts!

So, is the readout due to a bad VR chip on my cpu or just a glitch in reading the value because of some interference from iCUE?

    VR Vout at 5 Volts!

I'm running Corsair iCUE, Asus Armoury Crate, EVGA Precision X1 GPU tool in the background. But these should be benign tools.

    VR Vout at 5 Volts!

I've observed this error twice now (Asus z690, 14900K CPU, Default Intel Extreme Profile, 256GB 3600MHz ram). first time, I was working in Word. No CPU stress tests. Second time was last night. I was running a memory stress test, which ate up to 99% of RAM during testing. What's the cause? Is...

    Vcore vs VR VOUT (Vcore)?

Wow, ok, Thank you very much!

    Vcore vs VR VOUT (Vcore)?

Is it possible to perform some basic math on the voltages or currents? For example, I want to perform VR Vout (Vcore) - Vcore to see how much Vdroop I may have and hence optimize it in bios. Can this be done?

    CPU Internal Errors?

Hi ... just noticed I have a bunch of WHEA errors called CPU internal errors. What are these and what do they really mean? How are they caused? These errors popped when I set the IA VR limit in my Asus bios to 1500mV. I have no CPU/GPU/Memory overclock of any kind and use the iGPU of my 14900K...

    Vcore vs VR VOUT (Vcore)?

Thanks... so each core can submit its desired Vcore value, as shown in Core VIDs, but then all cores get one single voltage in return? This is really strange!

    Vcore vs VR VOUT (Vcore)?

So, shouldn't each internal P/E core have its own Vcore value, 24 Vcores values in all? I can't seem to see these individual values in the program.

    Vcore vs VR VOUT (Vcore)?

Thanks! So Vcore alone is the actual voltage sent to the cores, regardless of what they request, as indicated in Core VIDs numbers? If not, what is the actual voltage received by the P/E cores? Also, shouldn't each P/E core have its own Vcore value, as they have individual Core VIDs values?

    Vcore vs VR VOUT (Vcore)?

What is the difference between these two voltage readings: 1. Vcore (CPU core voltage measured by external sensor) 2. VR Vout (Vcore) defined as "Voltage measured at the output side of the VR. This is the voltage supplied by this VR to the respective component rail (i.e.Vcore, VDIMM, VCCSA...

    Conflicting Information on TVB?

Hi ... I looked at my performance limit reasons for my 14900K ("IA Limit Reason") and it indicates a Yes, saying the limit was due to "IA Cores frequency clipped due to thermal velocity boost". Yet, a quick scroll down to "IA:Thermal velocity boost", it says "No". So I'm confused about the...

    Numerous PCI/PCIE Bus WHEA Errors

Good to hear and thank you, my friend! God Bless!

    Numerous PCI/PCIE Bus WHEA Errors

Interesting ... are you still error free after disabling power management? Aren't your NVMe pci devices getting warmer than usual since they cannot be powered down due to PM disabling?

Getting a ton of PCI/PCIe bus errors

Ok, it said the fault is my GPU (EVGA RTX3090). I have it on a PCI 5.0 riser (even tho my system is PCIe 4.0) and have inserted/re-inserted several times, yet still get errors. Any thoughts? Could these bus errors be the cause of the random windows resets I experience on my system?

Getting a ton of PCI/PCIe bus errors

Can you please help identify the root cause of why I have so many PCI errors (490+)? Thanks!
