    Yes CTR is still running, but it is abnormal if you see on the Frequency Limit - Global, max freq = 9,900mhz

    I think I know now. I am Using CTR 2.1 RC 1.5 Power deviation should not be reported if you're not on stock settings. HWinfo bootted up before CTR that's why HWInfo thinks I am still on stock settings and also hence the abnormal temp readings. Please confirm...
