    Shared Memory Update Rate?

HWiNFO exports data via Shared Memory at the same rate as the polling period. I think it's RTSS that's capped.

    Lenovo laptop shutdown

Hmm, I can see here that the SMU in CPU became stuck and didn't respond to commands anymore. This looks like a problem in BIOS/SMU, so try a BIOS update if that will fix it.

I don't see anything suspicious in both files. Maybe try to disable monitoring of the ACPI sensor.

    Crash followed by missing sensors

If those are sensors from RTSS then you need to have RTSS running.

Sensor logging via command-line parameters is available in the Pro version: https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/threads/supported-command-line-parameters-in-hwinfo64-pro.8549/ By default the log filename uses a time-stamp.

Memory shows up but later disappears until rebooted.

Hard to say, more likely on RAM side. Try to re-seat the DIMMs.

Memory shows up but later disappears until rebooted.

I don't know why but the entire SMBus interface used to access DIMMs and some sensors is in a stuck (permanent busy) state. If you're sure that there's no other software running that could also be using this interface, it could mean some hardware issue.

Memory shows up but later disappears until rebooted.

Not even running MSI Center? Does the memory sensor completely disappear after next run? Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File when the problem happens.

I wonder if there is anyway to hide the title bar of the OSD gadget on desktop?

Will be done in the next (Beta) build.
