Memory shows up but later disappears until rebooted.

I'm having an issue that my ram shows up when I start my computer but then sometime shortly after (30+ minutes) it disappears.

When powered on everything shows up fine. Then it is still listed but the temps are greyed out, then later it is just completely gone.

Screenshots attached.

I am not using any other type of monitoring software or RGB control software and this is a clean Windows install of about a week ago.

Shows up again as normal after a reboot each time. Not sure what to check or what may be causing the issue.

Using HWinfo64 verison: 8.26-5730

System:
Windows 11 Pro
CORSAIR Dominator Titanium 64GB (2 x 32GB): CMP64GX5M2B6000Z30
9700X CPU
Mother board: MSI X870E Carbon
5070 TI

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Not even running MSI Center? Does the memory sensor completely disappear after next run?
Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File when the problem happens.

No, did not install MSI Center.

Memory is totally gone after a while until I reboot again. Debug file attached.

Thank you for your time.

I don't know why but the entire SMBus interface used to access DIMMs and some sensors is in a stuck (permanent busy) state.
If you're sure that there's no other software running that could also be using this interface, it could mean some hardware issue.

Unless NVidia app(which wasn't running) is but not sure how to disable that. Other than that I cannot think of anything.

Would the hardware issue be on the ram or motherboard side? Not really sure how to troubleshoot. System seems stable.

Thanks again

I can see also one of your chipsets going gray on your second screenshot.
That happened to me also (along with DIMM graying like yours) when I was running too low of DRAM voltage.

I see its running only 1.1V and I'm guessing its running on a JEDEC profile and not on XMP/EXPO one?
Maybe try 1.2V?
Or try to switch to XMP/EXPO profile?

How is your SOC voltage? (VDDCR_SOC SVI3 TFN)
