Ah awesome thank you for clarifying. Thought I got ripped off and started to panic haha.

I just realised that x2 it's the correct speed. Is that how it's supposed to be displayed?

My Ram speed is showing up as 2066mhz on HWinfo but it's supposed to be at 4133mhz. It shows as 4133mhz in the bios and in windows but not HWinfo. Is this a bug?
