HWiNFO64 Two Sensor Pop-outs location not saving

No worries - fixed after a reset. Wasn't as much of a hassle as I thought to re-set everything up. Thank you.

HWiNFO64 Two Sensor Pop-outs location not saving

Thanks - I tried several scenarios and this also doesn't impact the two windows. Tried reboots logins, moving other sensor windows, changing primary/secondary displays, re-adjusting the locations of the displays as well as moving the sensor windows. Unless you have other suggestions I'm about...

HWiNFO64 Two Sensor Pop-outs location not saving

Ok I can replicate the issue. It definitely has something to do with having a second screen. I'm able to show the behavior pretty well in my screen capture that I narrate over here. I thought I resolved it as the windows behave differently when the sensor summary is on my main monitor. As...

HWiNFO64 Two Sensor Pop-outs location not saving

Thanks, I had actually already tried disabling that prior to filing the report, moving windows, restarting HWiNFO, reboot, as it was the only thing window position related I could find in the settings. Just tried again after seeing your reply and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Those...

HWiNFO64 Two Sensor Pop-outs location not saving

I have a licensed HWiNFO64 v722-7431 running on Win 11 v 22000.556 and I have two temperature sensor pop-out panels that refuse to save position after app restarts including log-outs and reboots. Every time I boot my PC I need to move these temp panels into their place on my 2nd display. This...

Support of RTSS - Displaying HWiNFO sensor values in Games

Not sure what to tell you, I'm running RTSS 7.3.1 and HWiNFO 7.00-4400 and it's working for me. I didn't have to do any extra configuring, RTSS running, and check the box... double check hotkeys? Display in Escape from Tarkov... I have OverlayEditor plugin off.

Support of RTSS - Displaying HWiNFO sensor values in Games

Open HWinfo sensors panel, gear in bottom right of the main UI - then check off the sensors you want to display in the OSD (RTSS) tab, & tick "Show value in OSD". Still works in 7.0++

Support of RTSS - Displaying HWiNFO sensor values in Games

Short version is: if you've built a custom overlay that pulls data in RTSS from HWinfo, that is using the "shared memory support feature" and yes, you're stuck on 6.42 or must pay for 7.0+ If you want to display HWinfo values in RTSS you still can by using the HWinfo settings and enabling...

Support of RTSS - Displaying HWiNFO sensor values in Games

Thank you for the clarification. I guess I misunderstood this specific statement in that article “RTSS support built-in HWiNFO will not be affected.” but now I understand that relates to the RTSS tab in the settings. Appreciate all the support. I will be buying a license to support development :)

Support of RTSS - Displaying HWiNFO sensor values in Games

EDIT: Paid for a pro license, ticked the "Shared Memory Support" box and all is working again. @Martin, apologies for being one of these people - I promise I read the post, but it wasn't clear to me that lack of "shared memory support" was the issue. Hi folks, I noticed that with the launch of...
