VR VCC Temperature (SVID) is the problem sensor, not sure why core isolation messes with it so hard

i have only HWinfo and taskmanager running, when I disable core isolation is when this issue happends

its takes 30 seconds to update the values again, I created this DBG file to try and help it happens consistently when I turn off core isolation. works fine with core isolation on but XTU cant run with it on.

i have got about 6 BSOD / PC hangs, since enabling the debug not sure if related but I didn't do anything else today, just turned it off to see if it happends again then ill know maybe it was related.
