Ok, so day 1 of doing this and the window retained position this morning when I started up my PC.... will keep an eye over next few days hoping this sticks!

thanks but I've been doing that these past 2 years, place back in corner then Save settings and Close... restart HWinfo and it's back in the corner where it's supposed to be.... Until a reboot or 2 later, then it has a mind of it's own again
