Samsung official app shows two sensors. HWINFO64 shows three sensors, the first two are always an exact match for values, can you please check if the first sensor is added twice?

This matches my observations, on raptor lake I have observed sometimes the performance doesnt tally with the reported clock speeds, as if was an internal lower speed, then I noticed the effective clock speed in hwinfo64 and it all makes sense now.

Not seen the popup since, so maybe I did turn it on before or it was a one off issue.
