Yup, I think you are spot on... I must have overwritten the INI. Can you expose that setting in the GUI? It is SOOOO useful! btw... thx for the great app. I used Speedfan for a long time until I got tired of it not working properly and it took me a few hours to find HWinfo. Only found it...

the last version it worked fine... I updated the EXE and now it does not start fan control until I click the 'fan' icon. Same problem on both my HP laptop & my Dell desktop I'm going to try the latest beta or go back to the last release... if I can find the link? Please fix. thanks!

using HWiNFO64 v4.08... I have it on two separate Win7 x64 PCs (one HP laptop & one Dell desktop). I have both of them set to Auto Start and have tried every combination of Display / Minimize settings under Configuration. No matter what I try the results are the same on both PCs...

I installed HWinfo64 beta 1770 on two separate (Dell desktop & HP laptop) Win7 x64 PCs... 'Auto Start' does not work on either one. I have tried deselecting/reselecting the Autorun option, restarting, etc... it never works. The only thing I really need is for the fan settings to take hold...
