200% scaling: bottom partly cutoff

I run my Windows 11 on 200% scaling on a 4k monitor. Somehow HWInfo64 cuts a bit off the bottom of the window. It looks weird. I am not sure if there is actual information lost or that just the padding is wrong.

Does it appear the same if you do a Reset Preferences in HWiNFO?

It's the same. I did a reset of prefs, restarted the app, no change.
