Asrock b450m pro4 reports wrong voltage

Bios, Asrock MB Utility and AIDA voltage data seem to be the same and OK.
I would like to stick with HWInfo, but the voltages it reports on main rails are way off.
I wonder if other voltages are trustworthy.

I haven't found if this is a known issue.
