ASUS MB CPU Temp. problem

Hello,i using "MSI afterburner On-Screen Display" and see temperature is too high but i check "Ai Suite 3" is different result
is HWiNFO64 bug?

AI Suite is most probably reporting the CPU socket (external) temperature. The DTS/package temperatures reported by HWiNFO are the internal core values (measured directly at the heat source), hence they are always higher and more accurate.
