BSOD on initialization

Hi there,
I've got a BSOD when I just launch HWiNFO64 on a custom made PC (motherboard Supermicro).

Please try to upgrade the SATA driver (I assume there's Intel RST).
If that doesn't help, disable the Drive Scan in HWiNFO.
 
Thank for your quick reply, I'll try to do that.

BTW, the PC is brand new (no BIOS update on the X9SRA motherboard) and containt 1 SSD and 1 HDD both SATA 3 if that info could help...

EDIT:
Already have the lastest drivers (at least I think so): Intel Corporation C602 chipset 4-Port SATA Storage Control Unit AND Intel Corporation C600/X79 series chipset 6-Port SATA AHCI Controller.
The BSOD error that I get is : DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL from iaStors.sys.
