Can't even start HWinfo64 correctly

When I start the program it always gets stuck at "Analyzing pci bus" and then it force closes, i don't experience freeze or system crashes, I've search in the forum for possible solutions like disabling "Wake disabled GPU's" but it doesn't work for me.

I attached the file as the guide says. but I don't know if it has enough information as it doesn't even show anything past "analyzing"
