Can't install 7.63-5230

I tried replacing v7.62-5200 with v7.63-5230 and got this error...



...went through the suggestions without any luck.

Below is the 'HWiNFO64.DBG' file. The 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\HWiNFO64A_187.SYS' file is installed and is 56,912 bytes.
Any suggestions on what else I can try?

HWiNFO receives "Access Denied" from system when it attempts to load the driver.
That means something else in the system is preventing it from loading. Antivirus/Antimalware/Anticheat software ?

I did a reboot with the 7.63 version installed and it loaded the drive and started up OK. I had disable all the AV software earlier when I tried and it did not make a difference. I do not know what was blocking it, but it is working OK now. Thanks for the great software.
