csnt install sidebar

when i try to install the
HWiNFOMonitor
Sidebar Gadget i get an error , i have a pic of the windows error,thank you

I assume you're running Windows 8 or later which lacks native support of sidebar gadgets. Do a search on this forum and you'll find hits to some 3rd party solutions.
