Does HWInfo read 5800x3d Core Clocks correctly?

I just upgraded from a 5600X to a 5800X3D and noticed that the core clocks are reported differently between the two processors. When idle hwinfo is reporting the 5800x3d is stuck at the base clock which doesn't coincide with what Ryzen master reports. I've also read that the effective clocks are a better indication of this but I'm fairly certain that hwinfo correctly reported the core clocks with my 5600x when it was idle. I'll be moving the 5600x into my wife's PC and can post a screenshot of the difference.

Effective Clocks are a much better representation of the dynamic behavior.
You might also try to activate the "Snapshot CPU Polling" option.
