Fan speed

Hello,

I have to cool the gpu of my laptop with the fan max speed (it crashs when it exceeds 60°C) , and it worked well at the beginning but now the fan doesn't pass 5000rpm (when it needs 7000, as shown on HWiNFO) so does it come from HWiNFO?

Those 7000 RPM is not a truly achievable speed and has nothing to do with real capabilities. I believe that no Alienware notebook can achieve such a speed. So I'm sure the fans on your machine did never run at that speed. <5000 RPM is a more realistic maximum speed.
