Feature request: Show Framerate when not present

Hi,

I have a feature request. Is is possible to make a setting the same like "Show all fans (including stopped or not present)" but for Framerate and Frame Time (under RTSS)?

I use Mobro software to monitor my pc which in turn uses HWINFO as its source (so I am not using OSD). But Framerate and Frame Time are not shown until I start a game or something else that causes those sensors to pop up.

I see the problem and will modify HWiNFO to always show a value of 0 even when no game is running.
