Since I installed FuzeDrive, Hwinfo eventually stops and get stop code >> Driver_Irql_not_less_or Equal. envirtachi.sys
I am going to try running Hwinfo with all the boxes unchecked in the safety tab except for disable drive scan, safescan of potentially problematic PCI devices. Debug mode and Debug Write direct.  Info64 v5.74-3363

Edit: with all the boxes checked as above do not get a Win 10 stop code. The Adata sx70 (NVMe), THe WDC black drives #1 and #2 and the Enmotus drive also shows in sensor status.

Ryzen 1600, Asus prime plus B350, Flare 2400 8 x 2, 2 x WD black enterprise HDD, Adata XPG Gammix NVme 128 Gb and Win 10 Home [Version 10.0.16299.192]

So far no Blue Screens

Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File of the BSOD and I will analyze it.
You might also try to disable Drive Scan to see if that is causing it.

Try to attach the Debug File. I believe that when you attempt to open it, its size will be adjusted by system properly.

Debug without any drive scan enabled in safety tab.
Can't get it to gen a debug with any of the drive options enabled in safety tab
The current/  min/ max table updates and functions and does give drive data without drivescan activated.
Even shows the enmotus fuzedrive software as a drive

If you enable Drive Scan (Safe Mode) and the computer BSODs, just reboot and grab the Debug File.
