GPU crashes while playing games and Hwinfo shows negative voltage value. PLEASE HELP!!!

you also have over 1000A of GPU core current and 30 odd million memory errors... really weird.

yeah that is the reading after the gpu crashes so i thought that reading is negligible but every time i am getting same -0.44V after every crash
 
LAPTOP: Acer Nitro 5 AN 515-43, affected (dedicated) GPU: RX560X 4gb. No overheating, No overclock, When playing any games it crashes after 5-10 mins like the GPU dies and integrated vega 8 mobile 2gb GPU takes over.
